Playlist: Low & co.

Over 25 years, Low has established itself as pioneers of a kind of rock both minimalist and relentless. Led by Alan Sparhawk and Mimi Parker, the band has inspired and influenced an assortment of performers over the years, from Bedhead and Mazzy Star to Sparklehorse and Yo La Tengo. All of these artists and more are represented in a playlist put together by the Wex's Performing Arts team in anticipation of Low returning to the Wex in support of their latest disc, Double Negative. Their standing-room Performance Space show is Tuesday, September 10.
