We're so full of joy for our friends Julia Reichert and Steven Bognar following their Oscar win for Best Documentary Feature for American Factory. And we're excited that audiences around the country are getting to see Julia Reichert: 50 years in Film, the retrospective organized by Wex Film/Video Director David Filipi; it's currently at the Walker Art Center and the Speed Art Museum, with dates coming up in Houston, Maryland, and Washington, DC

A catalogue was created for attendees of the series, and copies were also provided to members of The Academy for their consideration in this year's voting process. In case you missed it, the book is embedded below. It covers the 10 films from the veteran filmmaker's body of work that are part of the series, including American Factory, and the work-in-progress 9to5: The Story of a Movement. It also features essays from author Barbara Ehrenreich, filmmaker and critic Farihah Zaman, Wex Film/Video Director David Fiiipi, and Wex Director Johanna Burton.
