Sun, May 16, 2010 12 PM
Super Sundays, held once for each set of exhibitions, feature a range of fun and engaging activities for the entire community. Activities and admission to the galleries are free for everyone. (Gallery admission is free all day, from 11 AM to 6 PM.)

The spring Super Sunday explores the work of Mark Bradford. Bradford’s beautiful, complex paintings/collages are made primarily from posters, billboards, and flyers he collects around his Los Angeles studio. His work incorporates references from a variety of subjects, including music, American history, sports, and geography. Today, you’ll be able to try some of Bradford’s techniques (including collages inspired by maps and music) for yourself, take a tour of the exhibition, and much more!
