A star of Andy Warhol's films and cohort of the Velvet Underground, Mary Woronov now teaches fiction writing at Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles. Tonight she reads from her recent writings and discusses her new series of paintings.

A book signing follows the presentation.

Woronov is the author of Swimming Underground: My Life in the Warhol Factory (1995), a vivid account of that sixties' downtown scene. Her other publications include Wake for the Angels (1994), a unique combination of stories and paintings, and the novels Snake (2000) and Niagara (2002).

Cosponsored by Ohio State's Department of Art and Wexner Center.
