CALL FOR ENTRIES: Wexner Center holding “15 Seconds of Fame” TV commercial contest for Warhol show

Calling all Warhol fans, iMovie jockeys, and aspiring video directors: In the spirit of Warhol’s  “15 minutes of fame” prediction, the Wexner Center is offering the public chance create a 15-second TV commercial for the upcoming Wexner Center exhibition Andy Warhol: Other Voices, Other Rooms. The creator of the winning clip will become instant members of the Warhol Club (which includes, among other benefits, free admission to the exhibition for its entire run) and a $250 gift certificate from the Wexner Center Store; in addition, the winning clip will be broadcast on TV throughout the fall promoting the Warhol exhibition.

The rules:

All video entries must be exactly 15 seconds in length.
Copyrighted Andy Warhol artwork or any other copyrighted materials cannot be used, or an entry will be disqualified.
Entries must contain the following text on screen (separately, or together) for a readable amount of time:
* “Andy Warhol: Other Voices, Other Rooms”
* “Exclusive U.S. Presentation”
* “September 13–February 15″
* “Wexner Center for the Arts”
* “wexarts.org”
Entries should be funny, memorable, weird, and/or unique
Entries should be titled “Andy Warhol: Other Voices, Other Rooms—Wexner Center”
Entrants should send the address of their YouTube clip along with a name to webmaster@wexarts.org
Entries will be accepted through September 2
The winning entry will be notified by September 5
