"Circulating through different states in a pattern that becomes progressively more seductive."—liveartmagazine.com

Put yourself in Lone Twin's shoes as they take you on a journey that's slightly scruffy, very funny, and even mystical in its wandering logic.

For four years, English performance duo Lone Twin—Gregg Whelan and Gary Winters—walked through small towns, cities, and countryside in Britain, Finland, Canada, Estonia, and Portugal. Along the way, they collected fragments of experience that they have now distilled into a distinctly leftfield narrative with movement and songs. (In some ways it's like a performance counterpart to the work of artists Richard Long and Andy Goldsworthy.)

This intimate presentation—staged like a lecture-demonstration with video—will pull you into lone twin's mesmerizing world, where breath and sweat, wind and weather turn pedestrian encounters into charming surprises and discoveries.
