School Group Logistics:
Scheduling Programs and Planning Your Visit

Many school programs are available throughout the school year, so contact us anytime. We'll collaborate with you to tailor each program to your needs and curriculum.


Program Scheduling

Call the education info line at (614) 292-6493 or e-mail edweb@wexarts.org to schedule school programs or make reservations for school-time performances or films.

When you call or write, please be prepared with this information:

  • Preferred date/time (if applicable)
  • Alternative dates (if applicable)
  • Number of students
  • Any special needs your students have
  • Special program content requests
  • School address and phone number
  • Best day and time to reach you
  • Date/time availability for in-school visits (if applicable)


Guildelines for School Group Visits

One adult chaperone is required for every 10 students.

For the most positive experience, please have your students wear stick-on nametags with their first name printed in large letters.


Parking and Location

Buses and large vans may drop off students in front of the Wexner Center and Mershon Auditorium and park on Ohio State's West Campus (directions will be provided).

The Wexner Center is location on North High Street at 15th Avenue on the Ohio State campus. Mershon Auditorium (1871 North High Street) is adjacent to the Wexner Center. Go to the Visit page for maps and directions.

Teachers, if you are planning to visit the Wexner Center in advance of your school group's trip, you are invited to request a parking pass by calling (614) 292-6493.


Groups with Special Needs

  • All facilities are wheelchair accessible.
  • ASL interpreters are available upon request.
  • Please be sure to discuss any special needs when you call to make your reservations.
