Among the most significant voices in American cinema, film director Spike Lee epitomizes the ideals of the Wexner Prize, which honors a contemporary artist in any field whose work has been consistently original, influential, and challenging to convention. This award recognizes Lee’s groundbreaking feature films, documentaries, television movies, music videos, and commercials.
