Ohio Shorts Call for Entries

The Wexner Center's annual Ohio Shorts showcase provides an opportunity for Ohio's independent media artists to show their work in a theatrical setting before an audience. Works included are selected by a jury of diverse media professionals and artists.

The 2012 Ohio Shorts screening takes place on Saturday, April 28, at 7 PM in the Wexner Center Film/Video Theater. Each person whose work is selected for the showcase will receive two complimentary tickets for the screening.

Entrance Guidelines
Pieces must be independently produced, no longer than 20 minutes in length, and produced in Ohio within the last 18 months. Entries must be submitted on DVD. Unless the final work is on 16mm or 35mm film, selected artists will be asked to submit their videos as high-res Quicktime files for the screening. Only one entry per person. Previously submitted works will not be accepted.

Entries must be accompanied by an entry form.

Artists age 18 or under should enter the Ohio Shorts Youth Division.
