A collaboration between multimedia artist Jeremy Deller and Argentinian performance artist Cecilia Bengolea, Bom Bom’s Dream follows its titular character—a children’s book illustrator in Japan who, for part of the year, lives as a professional dancer in Jamaica. As a larger-than-life chameleon narrates her journey, Bom Bom takes us inside the island’s complex and vibrant contemporary music and dance scenes. (12:30 mins., HD video)
