Celebrate the career of an extraordinary, prolific artist—and one of contemporary art’s most iconic and influential bodies of work—at this opening celebration for Cindy Sherman: Imitation of Life.

Be among the first to see the exhibition when our galleries open at 5 pm. Then hear from its curator, Philipp Kaiser, in an onstage talk with Wex Curator at Large Bill Horrigan at 5:30 PM in our Film/Video Theater. Afterward, DJ Trueskillz spins tunes until 8:30 PM in our café, where you can enjoy complimentary snacks and a cash bar.

Don’t miss it: this comprehensive survey collecting over 100 works from four decades of Sherman’s career makes its only stop outside of LA at the Wex. Cindy Sherman: Imitation of Life concludes a year in which every artist featured in our galleries is a woman.
